Cash Refunds

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete.
• The product received does not match the size ordered.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.

Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange

• Items purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Due to variations in monitor colors and lighting during photography, slight differences in color or texture may occur. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• Beauty and health products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns.

How to Apply for Return or Exchange

1. Email us at customers@miraalence.com with your return/exchange request, order details, and reason.
2. Once approved, ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

Processing Timeline

• Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
• During peak seasons, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

Additional Information

• If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
• If a product purchased at full price goes on sale later, refunds or exchanges will reflect the discounted price.
• Claims regarding orders will not be entertained after 15 days of delivery.
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
