We strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping process for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policies:


Order Confirmation

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Once an order is placed, our team will call the customer on the provided phone number to confirm the order. If the call remains unanswered, the order will not be processed.
  • For International Orders:
    Customers placing international orders will need to confirm their payment before the order is processed. Upon receiving the payment confirmation, the order will proceed to shipping.

Domestic Delivery

  • Orders within Pakistan will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
  • During sales or promotional periods, delivery may take 6-8 working days.
  • Flat Rs.100 shipping charges apply to all domestic orders.
  • Orders may be split for a smoother delivery process, and customers may receive their items in multiple packages. There will be no additional delivery charges for split orders.
  • During peak seasons or festivals such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha, deliveries may take longer. Please refer to updates on the website or contact us for details.

International Delivery

  • Orders may take 8-12 working days for delivery.
  • During sales or promotional periods, deliveries may take 12-15 working days.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery and paid directly to the courier company.
  • Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in order cancellation/return, and payment will not be refunded.
  • Delays during festivals or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please check the website or contact us for updated timelines.

Delivery Charges

  • Charges for international orders depend on the destination and shipment weight.
  • Duties and taxes are not included in the overall shipping cost displayed at checkout. Customers are advised to check local duty charges, which will be payable at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking and Cancellation

  • Track your order via the link sent to your email or visit the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders before processing due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.
  • COD orders will be canceled if they are not confirmed via call within 48 hours of placement.
